Ya Monday is cold today. I think it is supposed to warm up as the week goes on though. Which would be nice.

not very warm here today...had to do some errands and the change from yesterday is very noticeable....and its pretty windy too.....cant wait for spring to get here and stay a while!

It was windy pretty much all weekend and today here. So no surprise there. It is looking like spring is inching ever closer here. Supposed to be 59 on Friday. o.O

We are supposed to be at 46 today. Better than 36, but not 56. 56 would be much better.

yeah today is supposed to be warmer than yesterday, but not by too much--may hit 40 (or just a bit over)....better than 20 yes, but its april

its supposed to be in the 50's not 30's!

Welp I think my sinuses are aggravated... Have had a headache all day that isn't a migraine. At least it isn't the worst headache I have ever had. Just super annoying...

tis that time of year, yep yep yep...spent an hour this morning sneezing, so my allergies for spring are here, though spring seems to be running late.
and yes, the headaches that come with them (never left really). I get some really bad sinus headaches, so I have a bottle of advil at hand for them (blinding pain--cant see and cant even sleep so pain relievers are the only answer).
so yeah know about those too....rest is the best answer for those.

Ya I'm trying to take it easy and stuff. So far so good.

Well just got back from going out to eat with my grandparents and my aunt, uncle, and cousin who live out of state. Had a good time and good (free) food!

I went to take a nap after dinner...and just woke up

, guess my body really wanted some sleep.(dinner was late--so my nap started at 10pm) even slept with my hubby snoring louder than a tank next to me!

though I did move to the couch about an hour after his tank moved in---and still slept the rest of the night! (and now I really need to see my chiropractor

).

supposed to be cold today, warmer tomorrow and then cold again--heck if this keeps up I think a few more colds (or a flu) might pop up (and my plushie mr flu would really like that, didnt think the plushie mr cold was all that cute so I didnt get one).

It is a wonderful restaurant, so free is good, very good.

Nap, that sounds nice. If only I could nap and then still sleep at night. But if I nap then I won't sleep at night and then I'm grumpy in the morning. Which is bad...

Supposed to be 50 today. And then it is supposed to keep on warming up. Hoping it does that.

I dont sleep many hours at night--so a nap is needed (yeah, I have gone the whole day without napping and still cant sleep, did it for a full week or so--working on 2-3 hours of sleep/day just doesnt make me a very happy rat. What happens then is I sleep all of a day or so--with only a few hours awake in between, so my body can get the rest it really needs). Not what the doctors order, so I get sleep when I can.

I hope its going to be a nice LONG summer with this long wait for it to arrive

Yup pretty much. It was wonderful.

I still definitely need more sleep. Head still hurts, day 3 of that. Hopefully it gets better today, it was a bit better yesterday so we will see I guess.

try a hot wet rag over your sinuses....and laydown for a bit--might help relax them up a bit (heck couldnt hurt?). or get a really really steamy hot shower going and stay in for 15-20 minutes (if you have hot water that long--I dont). (or I know you are rural--but if your hs has a swimming pool head over there for a bit for the humidity).

good luck with that (I have been feeling poorly the last few days too---I begin to wonder if I have one of my family's genetic diseases

Ya I might try that later. I can't tell if it is a sinus headache or a tension headache... Just not really sure.

We hit 60 today. What a nice change of weather, to say the very least.

well for the sinus one...on the sinuses with the rag, for tension--back of the neck, either will benefit from the shower

(if you give in--I find advil works pretty good, I have the liquid ones that work in 10min or so).

Shower are awesome. I have been using ibuprofuen and that helps. I take some before work, during lunch, and that is it. I'm trying not to over use it. It hasn't been to bad once I'm home, which is good. Hopefully tomorrow it will be gone...
